The wood used in Peter's art work is collected on sustainable grounds.
Many pieces are produced from trees that came from bushfire area.
Recycled timber is used and he is constantly contacted by people who are felling trees and want the wood to go to good use.
Timber is sourced as locally as possbile to reduce the cardon footprint of transport. Works are designed with the most practical use of the timbers at hand.
Slabs are hand milled and stored on site.
Timber is a unique material and its shape, form, colour and defects are a product of the many years that have gone before during its growth. These are ofter featured in the end product so you can marvel at the history stored within the tree.
